Solution for "Color Coded"
The text at the beginning is a reference the classic Infocom adventure game game "Zork", although no knowledge of this game is required to solve the puzzle.
The text is a hint that these colors somehow encode something using EBCDIC. Indeed this is true...
Unlike Puzzle 1, the labels on the text have more meaning than to provide assistance to the colorblind. While it may be subtle, notice that some text labels are black and others are white.
